Privacy notice
How we process the data of visitors of this website and of people who sign up for updates about Orma (Article 13 GDPR).
Who processes the data
The controller is Orme Technology S.r.l. For any question about your data write to privacy@orma-tech.com.
Updates by e-mail
- Which data: your e-mail address, the language of the page and the date and time of the sign-up and of the confirmation.
- Why: to send you a few e-mails about what is new in Orma, such as the opening of the app.
- Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Signing up is optional; without consent we do not write to you.
- Confirmation: after signing up you receive an e-mail with a link to open. Until you open it we send nothing else.
- Withdrawal: every e-mail has an unsubscribe link; you can also write to us. Withdrawing does not affect the lawfulness of e-mails already sent.
- Provider: sign-ups and e-mails go through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which processes the data on our behalf as processor, in the European Union. We do not track opens and clicks.
- How long: as long as you stay signed up. If you do not confirm, the address is deleted within 30 days. After you unsubscribe we keep only the address on the suppression list, so we never write to you again.
